I’m Ásdís, a three-time Olympian and Mental Performance Consultant. Over the last five years, I’ve helped nearly 200 athletes build confidence, handle pressure, and perform at their best all while having more fun. With 20 years of experience competing at the highest level, a PhD in Immunology (so yes, I know how to dive into the science), and 30 ETCs in Sport Psychology, I combine proven methods with real-world experience to give you tools that actually work. What sets me apart from other coaches? I’ve been exactly where you are, so I understand what you’re going through. But I also have the scientific knowledge to back it up.
