Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of application These terms and conditions concern all products and services produced and sold by Annerud Media AB (hereafter ‘Annerud Media’) Org. nr. 559209-8163, Kungsbacka, Sweden. These terms apply between Annerud Media and those individuals who purchase any products and services (hereinafter ‘customers’). The general terms and applications that apply universally unless otherwise specified are contained in chapter 2 of these terms and conditions. Chapter 3 contains specific rules concerning the Performance School, chapter 4 contains the specific rules for The Zone Academy and chapter 5 contains specific rules for The Zone Mastery. 2. General terms and conditions 2.1 Scope of application These general terms and conditions apply to all products and services sold by Annerud Media unless otherwise noted in the terms for specific products and services. 2.2 Sale procedure Annerud Media offers the products and services for sale on its website or through other electronic means. Customers will there be able to purchase the products and services through a secure payment gateway. Once payment has been rightfully rendered the customer will receive an e-mail within 24 hours containing the information required to obtain access to the purchased materials. Customers may be offered the chance to pay for products and services through a payment plan instead of a one-time payment. If customers agree to purchase products or services through a payment plan then subsequent payments will be automatically deducted at the designated times. If a payment does not go through for some reason the payment system will attempt to make the payment three times, in the next few days. If the third payment attempt fails, Annerud Media reserves the right to terminate the customer’s access to purchased products and services. In the event of a failure by a customer to render payment on a payment plan at any point they are still obligated to complete the payment plan in full as agreed upon. 2.3 Intellectual property Annerud Media is the exclusive owner and rights holder to all materials contained in, provided or accessible through purchase of any and all products and services sold by the company, including videos, sound files, documents, photographs, text and any other material, in whatever form it may be, both under Icelandic and Swedish law and under international law. It is strictly forbidden, except with the written consent of Annerud Media to copy, display, publish, distribute or share access to the products and services, or any of their materials, whether fully or in part. Any unlawful use of Annerud Media’s Intellectual Property and copyright contained or provided as a part of its products and services is a criminal offense and can lead to liability for damages and injunctive relief under both national and international law. 2.4 Violations of these terms If a customer violates these terms and conditions Annerud Media may choose to close the customer’s access to their purchased materials or to discontinue providing access to services and products at Annerud Media’s discretion. Annerud Media is authorised to terminate the agreement for the customer’s access to its products and services without notice if the customer commits a serious violation against these terms as determined by Annerud Media. 2.5 Liability disclaimer The products and services provided by Annerud Media are produced for the purpose of providing customers access to advice and suggestions on how they may better achieve success in sports and other athletic activity. If customers choose to follow the advice and suggestions provided in the products and services during physical training, competitions or other physical activities they do so at their own responsibility. Annerud Media and Ásdís Hjálmsdóttir Annerud (hereinafter Ásdís) do not and will not in any way be held liable for any possible damage or losses customers may sustain as a result of following the suggestions or advice provided by the products and services. In addition, Annerud Media cannot in any way guarantee, ensure or be held liable for customers not achieving desired results or improvements that they may have hoped for, and neither Annerud Media nor Ásdís can in any way be held to liable for any perceived damages in the event of customers not achieving the results they had been hoping for. 3. Terms and conditions for Performance School Performance School is an eight week online course which consists of eight modules, each module consists of videos, sound file and assignments in PDF format. The author of the course material and its administrator is Ásdís. The customers who purchase the course will be sent a link and log-in information within 24 hours of the time of their purchase. When a customer logs in they will obtain access to the first module. Each week customers will then be given access to a new module and receive an e-mail notifying them that a new module has been unlocked. Thus it will take seven weeks to obtain access to the entire course from the time a customer purchases access to it. After a customer has obtained access to the entire course they will continue to enjoy that access. Those who have at some point purchased access to the course will obtain access to all upgrades and additional material. If a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase of the course, they are entitled to a full refund without any conditions within the first two weeks (14 days) after payment has been received. 4. Terms and conditions for The Zone Academy The Zone Academy is a subscription membership that provides access to various materials and information intended for athletes looking to improve the mental aspect of their training and sport performance. For a subscription fee, paid either monthly or every six months, members with an active subscription can access exclusive material and coaching. These exclusives include additional videos, audio files, documents and live coaching sessions with Ásdís Hjálmsdóttir Annerud. Payment for membership is either made monthly or every six months through customers’ credit cards and payments are automatically made at the designated time of payment. If a payment does not go through for some reason the payment system will attempt to make the payment three times, in the next few days. If the third payment attempt fails, Annerud Media reserves the right to terminate the customer’s access to the membership. Customers who pay for a six-month subscription and are dissatisfied with their purchase of the membership, are entitled to a full refund without any conditions within the first two weeks (14 days) after the first payment has been received. 5. Terms and conditions for The Zone Mastery The Zone Mastery is a three-month coaching program that provides access to various materials and information intended for athletes looking to improve the mental aspect of their training and sport performance. Customers can either pay for the coaching program in full or split the payment into three monthly installments. Included in the coaching program, for the three months it lasts, is a subscription to The Zone Academy, access to Performance School, and private sessions with Ásdís Hjálmsdóttir Annerud. Payment for the coaching program is either made in full or in three monthly installments through customers’ credit cards and payments are automatically made at the designated time of payment. If a payment does not go through for some reason the payment system will attempt to make the payment three times, in the next few days. If the third payment attempt fails, Annerud Media reserves the right to terminate the customer’s access to the coaching program. If the customer is dissatisfied with their purchase of the coaching program, they are entitled to a full refund without any conditions within the first two weeks (14 days) after the first payment has been received.
