Hi, I'm Ásdís

I'm an ordinary girl who has achieved extraordinary things. I am the Icelandic record holder in javelin throw, triple Olympian, and mental performance consultant. I specialize in helping athletes strengthen their minds to perform at their best, stay confident under pressure, and enjoy their sport more. Over the years, I’ve worked with nearly 200 athletes ranging from young and ambitious, to world-class professionals and masters athletes, helping them take their performance to the next level. With 20 years of experience as a world-class athlete, a PhD in Immunology, and completed microstudies in sport psychology at Reykjavík University, my approach is grounded in science and proven methods. This unique combination of personal experience and academic expertise allows me to provide provide athletes with the tools they need to stay calm, focused, and ready to perform when it matters most, all while having more fun.
